Triton Gold Saltwater Program 2009
Share in the gold “Triton Gold” there are more opportunities to win by reeling in the big ones. Triton boats and Mercury Marine have combined to offer more opportunities to win in the growing Saltwater tournament scene. The following tournaments are Triton Gold sanctioned and are eligible for Triton Gold bonuses. $1000.00 for First place. All Triton Gold requirements must be met (see Triton Gold rules below). All tournaments must have fields of 60 or more boats.

Gulf Coast Troutmasters Trail (Texas)
King of the Beach (St Petersburg, FL)
Redfish Tour (Inshore Fishing Association)
Southern Kingfish Association (Mercury Tournament Trail)


The following tournaments are Triton Gold sanctioned events with enhanced contingency programs:

O’Boy Oberto Redfish Cup
Winners can receive up to $52,500 from Triton /Mercury with payout through the top 8 places. First place $30,000. All Triton Gold requirements must be met.

O’Boy Oberto Redfish Cup Championship
$118,000 up for grabs through the top 8 places. First place is $50,000 if all Triton Gold requirements met.

Bluewater Saltwater Classic Series
King Mackerel Division First place $10,000
23’ and under Division First place $5,000
Triton Gold requirements must be met

Texas Saltwater Series
5 Redfish tournaments and 3 trout tournaments
Expanded payout based on participation, payout through top 10 anglers. First place 60 boat field $1,000. All Triton Gold requirements must be met
